I just phoned about a query, and was paying £19.50 for 25GB of data, the man on the phone told me he could give me 50GB of data for £15 a month, I agreed but now it is showing as £20 on my account.. I can't be bothered to sit on hold for another hour to speak to someone. Has this happened to anyone else?!?
