Sim not working
transferred everything over perfectly but SIM card not picking up signal

Hi @Jordan107 did you activate your new sky sim ? Is it showing as active in your account ?

Hi it isn't a new sim, it's the same sim from a previous phone( contract with sky)

You could try a network refresh @Jordan107
Go to sky.com/networksettings (My Account > Mobile > Settings) and sign in with your Sky iD.
Select the mobile number or SIM name you're having trouble with.
Scroll to 'Resend network settings' and select Request settings.
Save the settings when your receive them and reboot your phone.
