I have been Sky mobile customer for 5 years. Changed my phone a couple of years ago, swapped Sim to new phone and all good to go. Changed my phone yesterday, swapped Sim to new phone...says not registered. Can't connect to network. Did all the usual things... power on off, re-insert Sim etc. Anyone know what's going on?

It is a brand new, unlocked phone. From Galaxy A51 to A55. When Sim didn't work in new phone, I put it back into old phone, and now it doesnt connect in the old phone either. Will have to get a new sim.
