Sim not provisioned

New sim is saying it's not provisioned

A few questions:

 

Have you activated the sim and if so have you recently been abroad with it ?

I would give it a few more hours as it might still be activating as there are sometimes when this does not happen straight away. If it still hasn't activated then you will need to get in touch with Sky for help with this.
