New Sky mobile contract. Number ported. Sky text says no data left?????

My new sky mobile contract started approx 15.11.2024 yet Sky texted me to say I have no data left. This cannot be the case as I have barely used any?????

My new phone contract is approx 1 week old. I have used barely any data. How can I not have any left? Was I given any to start with??

Hi @AndrewLawson  your first month is pro ratered to the amount of days before your first bill so you don't get the full allowance until your first bill, after that you get your full monthly allowance.
