Sim not arrived

Hi I ordered sim card on the 2nd of may but not arrived

These are sent by Royal Mail so might have been delayed by the Bank Holiday so I would wait until the start of next week and if it still hasn't arrived then order another one. Should you end up with two of them then only activate the one as the other will then be cancelled.

Ho I ordered a sim on the 29th may and it still hasn't arrived

Hi @Sarah476  check the address is correct in your account then order another. If more than 1 arrives just activate one.
