Sim not arrived

I have ordered a new sim for my sons phone but it's not arrived, it's showing as delivered but nothing has turned up, how do I order a replacement sim?  There doesn't seem to be an option on MySky app

That option was removed - you have to call now (150 from a Sky SIM).

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own
