I have recieved a replacement sim for an existing sky contract (due to lost phone).
Recieved the sim and activated online as instructed
Inserted sim into phone (unlocked)
Phone finds the sim. And upload apple back-up.
Waited a couple of hours, nothing has activated no email or text, "no service" on sky mobile data.
Phone works, with facetime/whatsup calls on wifi.
Went through the help guides. Says activation in "few minutes".
Spoke to the virtual assist, same info as help guide.
I don't have a landline to speak to Sky. So how do I contact a human sky agent. There used to be online chat help?
What to do?

Managed to get a phone and called sky.
They checked their system and said there is a delay. Couldn't say how long a delay.
Annoying there isn't an online chat help anymore.

A few minutes is 24hrs. Sim is activate.
