Sim not Supported

Im trying to add an existing sky sim to an iphone 7 plus.

Im getting the message below

This phone has been used with another sky mobile sim for 4 years without issues

Ive tried 2 differnt sky sims  and both get the same message.

 

Sky have been NO help and refer me back to Apple. Who just refer me back to Apple!!

 

Any ideas

Hi @Cliffylovett  have you tried requesting the network settings again from sky ? That message does indicate it's locked to another network. Failing that all you could try is a factory reset.

Was that phone from Sky because if was not then it might be locked to a different network,

No.

 

The phone was an insurance replacement and originally from the USA

 

UK can't unlock mine.
