Sim issue

My phone wony let me make or receive calls other than Whats App. All calls show a message 'not registered on network'. Searching for solutions suggest taking out sim and cleaning it and replacing. This does nothing. As I have a sim only and data plan account with Sky can you send me a new sim

No, as we're other customers here.

 

You'll need to contact Sky directly to ask for one.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
