Sim help

As a diamond customer I have been offered an unlimited data sim for £10. I already have a sky sim with 8gb for £13. When I attempt to change on the app and desk top the deal isn't available.

That's correct.

 

The offer is for additional SIMs.  (With new numbers)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
