Sim existing number swap iMessage showing wrong number

New to sky mobile did a pac code to keep existing number but number that came with new sim showing on iMessage and on  phone info not my original number . Is showing on normal message and calls

Hi @Paulaross1  can you confirm you ported your old number from a different network to sky as you can't port from sky to sky sim ?
