Sim deal not loading in basket

I'm a diamond customer and I can see a sim only deal for £5 a month for 10GB but it's not going in basket

You'll probably have to call - remember these deals are for additional SIMs (You cannot apply them to existing SIMs).

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
