Sim card
I ordered a sim card it says its been delivered but I haven't received it how do I cancel it and get a new one

Hi @Kelly1979- they are usually sent by Royal Mail and take a day or two to arrive. If it's been a week or more then I would go to sky.com and order a new one. Make sure your address is correct in your account. If more than one arrives then just activate one of them.
