Mobile data - Username and password

Just switched to Sky mobile and transferred my existing number. Looking at the mobile data screen username and password is blank.

Is that how it should be?

Does your mobile work when using mobile data with the Sky sim in it ?

Sorry for the delay in my reply and thanks for your message. 

To answer your question I am using mobile data as my monthly allowance has reduced.

The reason why I asked my question is that with my previous mobile provider they gave me a username and password to enter in the mobile data section of my iphone16.

You don't get these with Sky are this is what it should be:

Name: mobile.sky
APN: mobile.sky

Username: Not set
Password: Not set
