Hi @Donna233  as you have found numbers are now recycled as there aren't enough new numbers for everyone. So yes your "new" number could well have been used before. It's not fraud, all networks are the same now.

@Julieag72

If it says they have been dispatched this means that have now been handed over to Royal Mail so hopefully should be with you within the next day or so.

Re: Sim card

I received my new phone and new sim

set it all up everything was good

then I tried to set my online banking up wouldn't do it loads messing on the phone and online chat to the bank

so go in to bank only to be told this new number that sky sent is still assigned to another person so now my bank as sent it to there fraud department.
just wanted to anyone had this with a new sim?
and does this come under  fraud?

Yes I have tried contacting sky but was left on hold then got cut off

i I have also sent a email on the complaints side

I have been a very loyal customer with sky for 10 yrs never had any problems with sky

Not sure there is anything you can do @Donna233 the bank will need to remove it from the person previously allocated it. Hopefully their fraud investigation will do this for you ?
