Sim card not delivered

My sim card hasnt been delivered. Theyre chat bot thing is completley useless and so are all their articles. I cant even find a phone number to talk to an actual person. If someone could point me in the direction of the phone number I would need to call that would be much appreciated, as I cant seem to find it anywhere online.

They are delivered by Royal Mail so it's probably caught up in the Christmas postal chaos.


These are the current methods for contacting Sky, and some will be more appropriate than others …

🟧 📞 Customer Services by dialling 150 (free) from either a Sky mobile or your Sky Talk landline if you have Sky Broadband. The forum doesn’t allow the display of other numbers but official numbers to Sky from the UK are 03 numbers which are usually inclusive from non Sky phones.

All calls will start automated (aka ‘the bot’) which may offer you the online help route or try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and sometimes saying nothing when asked the reason for the call helps being put in the queue for an agent.

🟧Sky Assistant 💬 should also be available via

for most service issues and gives you 24/7 help and a quick response. It should provide you with multiple choice options based on your problem and will provide troubleshooting steps to fix any service issues.

🟧Social Media You can also get in touch via the messaging services on Facebook or Instagram, (links at the bottom of the forum page).

🟩Note ~ ROI customers If you’re in the ROI make sure the flag in the bottom right of the link is showing the correct flag and change if required. The Sky Ireland phone lines are closed at a weekend.

You didn't say when you ordered it but at this time of year there will be delays via Royal Mail for obvious reasons so if it was a while ago you placed the order you could always order another one to see if this one turns up:

Should you end up with two then make sure you only activate one of them so the other is cancelled.

i order it nearly a month ago. your link doesnt take me somewhere i can order a  new sim

My link takes you to where you can order a new SIM card as you need to select a data plan for it and then a sim type, so a physical or eSIM.

ive already singed a contract during the black friday deal which is no longer avalible. im no going to start another contract if thats what your telling me to do. surley thats not the only option

So to be clear the sim from Black Friday didn't arrive, if this was the case then as you can't activate it you will not be charged for it so other than trying again I'm not sure what more you can do ?

so because sky are completely useless and dont know how to ship a sim ive got to pay 8 pound a month extra. this has genuinley been the worst customer service expiriance iver ever had. every link is just a circle of help articles and they make it almost imposisble to find a phone number. when i finally got through to someone he pretended he couldnt hear me and hung up. WHAT IS THAT ABOUT. the bot asking me questions could hear me fine.
