Sim card delivery

Hi, I ordered a sim on Saturday (I am aware today is the first working day) however, it says sim delivery complete. On my order status. But I haven't received it. Does sim delivery complete mean what it says or does it just say that.... Any help would be appreciated, new customer so no sure of ins and outs of sky. Thanks

I believe that message relates to sky having sent it from their end @Baz2503

They are dispatched via Royal Mail so with their new delivery schedules on alternate weekdays for second class post it could take longer than previously expected.
