Hello
we bought a new phone and sim for our son for Xmas. We are trying to activate the sim today (within 31 days) and we are just going round in circles. It says our sim needs to be linked to our account so we do that but then it says it is already linked? Please help

Your only option today is to co tact sky on their social media channels at the bottom of this page. That's the only contact available today and tomorrow.
