Sim activation

I'm trying to activate my daughters sim card and it won't let me as I've put all my cards I have account numbers in but it's sating it's none

Are you trying to link your account to then get the sim activated and if so is this what you are having issues with ?

Yeah but it keeps asking for my bank details an like I say I've put the account numbers I have in and it's saying they aren't write
