I had been looking at using some of my rolled over data to buy some new earbuds.
I had been looking at the new Samsung galaxy buds pro but they are now showing as £0 and unable to purchase them.
Can someone please explain why I can't order them

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHave you tried signing out then back in again, if you have any you still can't purchase them then all you can do is to call Sky to ask them to place the order for you. 150 is the number to call them on from your Sky Mobile.
