Sim activation

I received my new SIM over a month ago and attempted to activate it, but I still appear to be using my old SIM with Sky. Now, my Sky activation code has expired, but because I work from 9 to 6, 5 days a week, I never get a chance to call to get it sorted.

If the sim activated then did you not exchange it for the one you were using as activating a new sim does nothing with the one you were previously using.

Yes I replaced it but I am still currently on my old SIM card plan and I don't know why

So to be clear you activated the new SIM card and put it in your device but it is showing the same plan that you had on the other sim that you are now not using ?
