Sim activation.

Hi, Ive ordered my 5th sim but when I go to activate it, the new plan is not on my account.

Hi @Curlywurly  sounds like the sim has been ordered (for whatever reason) on a different account. Call sky on 150 and they should be able to locate it for you. If it's not activated you won't be charged. You could also try ordering a new sim, ensuring you are logged into your account when you do so and see if that appears on your account when it arrives.
