Sim activation problems

I have received a new tablet and additional sim, but have been unable to activate the sim, when I visit the activate sim page on the mysky app and in a browser. I get a message saying "Not quite ready, we're just getting your plan ready, please check back later" it's been over a whole day now and I still can't activate it, how long does this take, and why isn't it working?

Did you also order a new data plan or did you just order the tablet as devices do come with a new sim by default.

I ordered an additional data plan for the tablet yes

All you can do is to ask Sky to do this for you.
