My 12 year old daughter droped her iPhone 8 I have taken the sim out of the damaged phone & put it into an old apple device - the sim isn't working in the old device?

Perhaps the sim is damaged as well, do you have another phone you can try it on as it doesn't have to be an Apple device.

Hi @Niccy+carroll whats happening with the old device ? It could be locked to a different network ?
