Sim activation issue

I have just received a new phone with a new SIM card. I have tried to activate my SIM and transfer my number over to it but now neither new phone or old phone are connecting to the network and cannot receive calls and text to sort this out

Is your phone now showing as activated on your account ?

 

Is your old number with Sky or in a different network ?
