Sky said it will take 2 working days to escalate and activate my sim after I got an error message when trying to do it myself online. It's been 4 days and they still haven't sorted it. Can't speak to anyone on chat, its just a Bot. No email address to contact them either. I am now abroad and cannot call them. What now?
