You can only cancel the sim (and not just the data part of it) if you have been paying for the sim for 12 months or more so if this is the case then call Sky on 150 for help with this.

Re: cancelling data
Can you move to a different provider within your cool off period and not need to cancel your plan? Or would you still need to call and cancel the direct debit?
