Sim activate

I have new sim to replace stolen device .. can't activate new sim and it asks me to call how can I do this I have no phone activated to call them? I have now spent an hour trying to dpeak to a human agent and can't get through please and help would be fantastic

You could use social media to contact Sky about this as there are links at the bottom of this page and you can also use the likes of Facebook Messenger for help.
