Sim Swap

Sky called me to swap my sim due to some public complaints for poor

They said you will receive new sim by post and start using it. Your contract and everything will be same.

I have received an email that sky has made a new device contract. Worth £2200.
Its showing on my sky app as aswell.

Not sure what are they upto ?

Sorry @Salmankhan but that was not Sky calling you as it was a scammer who wanst to access your account to order a device which they have now done. As soon as you can you need to report this to Sky as per this:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/account-takeover

If you receive an unexpected parcel from Sky get in touch with our customer services team immediately. We can give advice on what to do. Don’t send the parcel anywhere except our returns address.

We’ll give you pre-paid returns packaging to send the parcel back to us.

You also need to change your password:

https://skyid.sky.com/resetpassword/

And do not give any device that turns up to anyone who knocks on your door, even if it as a legit courier as the device will not be sent to Sky but to the scammer. As per the quoted bit above Sky will send you some packaging and you have to return it to them.

It wasn't Sky that called you.

It was scammers.  When this device arrives they'll be dead keen to collect it and you'll have the bill.

Sure but your priority is to ensure you return the device to Sky.  Do not let anyone else collect it or post it back unless it's the safe address on the link.

The scammers will send genuine couriers to collect it... (but it won't be going back to Sky)
