Facebook and messenger

I can't seem to get facebook at home but can outside I am sick of sky they never fix my problems. I am seriously thinking when my contract finishes to cancel. I am paying for a service which doesn't deliver

Do you have broadband/wifi at home?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
