Recently moved my partners mobile number over from EE to Sky - had all confirmation emails from Sky saying number has been transferred and is all up and running. Problem is if she hasn't text/called a person first they can not get in contact with her, calls go to voicemail and text messages just don't come through. (she has an iPhone, iMessage is working but normal message isn't). All mobile settings seem to be as they should be and have reset phone numerous times. Any advice?
