Sim Card Restricted not providing Signal

Hello Guys, I was on Voccation for 7 weeks out of the country. when i came back my Sim was Restricted and still it is restricted.

this happened becuase of the problem they have in the payment systems before leaving the country for my voccation I called the sky team to set up a direct debit for me but they havent set up this for me. due to the problem from their side my sim is blocked.

furthermore, when I came back to Ireland and paid the outstanding bill where the message was showing that in 24 hours my sim will start working and now it is alomst more than 40 hours that my sim is not working and Iam facing a lot of troubles.

There is nothing us customers can do on here for you so as you did before you will have to get in touch with Sky Ireland,
