I'm unable to activate a new. Sim I'm being returned to my account page or getting
"The page you are looking for is temporarily unavailable.
Please try again."
Is it a Website issue ?

After trying numerous times to speak to someone I'm no further forward, Seams odd that the device isn't showing on the account page i keep being redirected to when trying to activate the Sim, I'll try again later one last time.

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to 24 hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant

If you have a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk landline phone then you can call Sky for free via the 150 number. Or under "Need more help ?" at the bottom this page is the number to call, it might take a few seconds to appear, if you are in Ireland make sure the flag in the bottom right is changed to the ROI so you see an 0818 number:
Just ignore the messages at the start of the call and remain on the line for as long as you can and don't hang up when asked to do so.

I have one phone on Sky for a few years now, and a new Sim for a second phone which needs activating, being trying for past few days and get 'opps error, try again later' ??? Virtual support is a waste of time.
My PAC runs out today and feeling frustrated with what should have been a simple process will probably simply stay with O2.
