Sim Activation Not giving permissions correctly

Im trying to activate a sky mobile sim with a PAC code, but every time i press "continue" after selecting "transfer my number" it just tells me the page is restricted because im not the account holder (i am).

What needs to be done?

Hi @zanc  is the old sim from a different network ? As you can't use a PAC to port from sky sim to sky sim.
