Phone condition checker

Does the phone condition checker actually work ? Have tried the Ai message board and no help and can't get through on the phone 🤷 Can I send the phone back without using it ?

Hi @Haya215  yes I believe you can but take photos of the phone yourself to show the condition of it in case of any disputes.
