so it's day 2. and I am still unable to make calls or texts, receive calls or texts, or even use 4G which is affecting my WORK.
I am definitely considering leaving sky after this. this morning they removed the live chat function (i was waiting all morning) and put a (text us) option instead.. how can I possibly text the number when I am unable to send texts or calls and keep getting met with sim card not recognised.
Yesterday the agent said something about mast problem but to be honest this is very unacceptable.. I've had to buy a PAYG sim to receive texts and calls

I've messaged them on twitter as all I can seem to get hold of is their bot! Very frustrating. Keep me posted if anyone gets anywhere please!

I think I'm having the same issue - although mine started the minute I landed in Spain last week and hasn't changed since even after returning to UK! Spoke to the helpline and was told to basically 'wait and see'...

Oh well that's interesting then as I got home from Spain last week and think it started around the same time!

Your post is in this thread.
So, adding to what you were told on the phone by an agent, do any local mast issues show here?
