Showing 4 g but no data

We are showing 4 gbut not getting data access  the has been going on for over 2 months and we get texts to say you are looking into the issues but it never gets resolved.  We are paying for a service we are not receiving.  The annoying thing is we had this service for many years hence repeated contracts.

If not then have Sky suggested sending you a replacement sim to try ?

It issues standard you are in a busy area . We are a village on the edge of Salisbury plain. The data worked untill 2 months ago and they keep texting they have aissuesbut never resolve it.
