Being charged for something iv not got

Hey im being charged for iphone ear phones and they was sent back same day i got them please tell me why iv been charged

@Jade33  Did you arrange the return through Sky?  Do you stuill have the order tracking showing them being sent back?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Charging starts the day you received them and until they have been inspected by the company that handles the returns for Sky which can take anywhere between 2-4 weeks.
