Services restricted

I have full sky subscription to snd broadband, also I have 4 mobile devices in my name, I would like to upgrade 2 of my devices but every time I do I keep getting a message saying services restricted, reinstate services..

when I do it takes me to my billing page in which I am all up to date, platinum sky customer and never missed a payment in 15 years..

Yet another poor service from sky making things harder than they should be.

You will need to call Sky on 150 about this so they can both look into why this has happened and to help you upgrade.
