Cannot See Device in MySky

I got an email telling me my annual statement for my credit agreement is avaialble to view but I have never been able to see this phone agreement using my skyID, even though the email came to the same emai address the SkyID is linked to .   Can anyone help?

Have you linked your mibile account to your Sky ID as per this:

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this, so if the bubble hasn't appeared by 7pm it will be tomorrow that they will contact you by it:


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.

This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

Hi, I have the same problem. I want to see how much is left and pay it off but I can't see it. I get the same message that it is already linked.

I am the same I want to check if it's paid off this month received email saying it was in messaging centre but nothing there.  My phone has never shown on my account since I got it in 2022 and they take the payment out of my other bank account what can I do?

That suggests that either you are logged in with the wrong details or that it was ordered via a different account so firstky have you tried this:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/link-a-sky-id-to-your-sky-mobile-account

 

If it says it is linked then call Sky on 150 for help with this so they can help what account and login details you need to use.
