I got an email telling me my annual statement for my credit agreement is avaialble to view but I have never been able to see this phone agreement using my skyID, even though the email came to the same emai address the SkyID is linked to . Can anyone help?

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this, so if the bubble hasn't appeared by 7pm it will be tomorrow that they will contact you by it:

Hi, I have the same problem. I want to see how much is left and pay it off but I can't see it. I get the same message that it is already linked.
