Services restricted (Mobile Upgrade)

My account says I am eligible for an upgrade, when I click on the phone I would like an error message comes up saying 'services are restricted' there is a button to reinstate services when i press this it takes me to my accounts I have no outstanding payments at all and never have, I tried calling them but had no help at all

Hi @MelC80  i am afraid you will have to perservere on the phone as no one here can access your account to help. 

 

Edit. One thing to check is do you have any outstanding payment on sky marketplace ?
