OTP

What a absolute disaster with Sky, can't get OTP  messages on my phone, want to cancel a sim contract but can't because they need the code from me 🙄 solution from sky is sending me another sim. All other OTP from various platforms are working ok but not sky.

 

I had this issue months ago when I wanted to load my emails to my new laptop phoned sky at the time and they couldn't help as I forgot my recovery code and they said they couldn't help so I didn't apply my email to my new laptop. But now I want to cancel a mobile sim number they have said a new sim may help on my phone.

 

I have 6 mobile sim contracts with sky and collectively the total prices have gone up by 30% that's why I'm cancelling one of them. To make the situation worse I received 3 emails related to 3 sim contracts in December 2025 saying that I'll be paying the same from Feb 2026 that's not the case they've all gone up, in short don't send emails when they actually mean nothing and you'll pay what we say.

As you are only telling other customers here all we can suggest is that you put in a complaint:

This gives Sky 8 weeks to resolve this issue and if they do not you can ask for a deadlock letter to take it further.
