The signal is crap doesn't matter where I am if I'm at home or on holiday or at work or family's. It is always on 1 to 2 bars which I'm not happy with as I'm paying for a service which I'm not receiving still . If this does not fix I will have no choice but to hand the phone back and change to a different company.

It's not that simple. As long as you’re still within the cooling off period (which is 31 days), you’ll need to contact Sky who will lead you through the returns process for the device. If you’ve had it more than 31 days you can't send it back without incurring substantial charges. Some more information is available here

Another word is your not gunna get the service sorted and I won't be using your company again . as it never get resolved .
