Services being restricted on sky mobile

When I try and start a phone swap/upgrade I get a notice telling me my services are being restricted. When I try and reinstate my services it doesn't give me any options that work. My mobile bill was due to be paid today via direct be it as it does every month but the bill says overdue. I have sufficient funds in the account and when I try and make the payment myself it doesn't load through to the review payment page.

Do NOT be tempted into making an unnecessary manual payment. That will go towards your October bill.

 

Direct debits aren't processed at a weekend so your normal payment should be made tomorrow or Tuesday.

A direct debit isn't taken at the weekend so if the funds are available then this should happen in the next day or two.
