Sent old phone back

Good morning....it's been least 4 months since I set my old phone back!! I am still paying for 2 phones to which money should should be took of for my old! Can you please why this has not been sorted yet? It's taking the mick little abit!

Hi @Kellie21  this isn't sky CS here, mainly fellow customers. Have you called sky about this and what did they say ?

It can take a few weeks to be processed once it has arrived.
