Sent old devices in same box but only showing one device returned
Hi. i recently swapped mine and the wifes phones and sent both devices in the same package back to sky. however it is only showing one has been returned on my app.
any help would be appreciated

Hi @ShelDan you will need to call sky on 150 to chase this up. Were you told to put both phones in the same box by sky ?
