No signal abroad

iPhone 13. Won't find a network when I'm in France. When I landed I got warned about a charge for using my mobile phone abroad , via a text message, but the the signal disappeared and I can't make calls, receive calls or messages. I've tried all the guides and my  roaming  is switched on

Do you have a spend cap set and if it high enough to cover your stay, have you tried seeing if your device will connect to a different mobile network ?

Do you have a spend cap set and if it high enough to cover your stay, have you tried seeing if your device will connect to a different mobile network ?

Thank you. Thought I had tried all the suggestions but I've turned off the monthly spend cap and it's fixed means I'm spending more than I want though.... 😑

Hi @Kilbanesteve  in France you should only be spending £2 per day to access your home allowance. Extra charges will be incurred if calling local numbers as they aren't covered by the daily charge.
