Trying for 3 months to send back 2 mobiles sent in error,but paying for them and my new mobiles as well,made loads of calls all same answers but still now returns package and labels.sent a complaint not had reply yet,what to do

What do you mean they were sent in error, did you order them by mistake or has someone accessed your account as per this to order them:

Ordered 2 mobiles should have been 6.7 screens but they sent 6.0 screens.s25 should have been s23+.now paying for four phones yill i get returns package 3 months waiting

When you put in a complaint Sky has up to 8 weeks to either resolve it or to issue you with a deadlock letter which will allow you to take it further.
