If I send my phones back as there's only one payment left, will the money from the phones go towards the rest of the contract that'll be outstanding? So I have a MacBook, will me sending my phones back go towards paying that after the £20 is payed for my phones?

If you are looking to swap/upgrade then the value Sky gives you for the device will be used against what you owe against it. If this works out as more then a credit will be added to your account,
